An Antistatic Wrist Strap, also known as an ESD wrist strap, is a critical safety device used to prevent electrostatic discharge (ESD) when working with sensitive electronic components. It provides a controlled path for static electricity to safely dissipate to ground, protecting semiconductors, ICs, and other vulnerable devices.

• Conductive Fiber Band :

  Elastic strap with buckle or Velcro closure accommodates various wrist sizes for secure, comfortable wear.
• Grounding Cord with Resistor
  Typically includes a 1 MΩ resistor in the cord to prevent accidental shock while allowing safe discharge of static electricity.
• Alligator Clip or Banana Plug
  Connects easily to ground points on ESD-safe workstations, mats, or equipment.
